Fine if you are employed and your company pays for this, but for us self employed or angency workers having to fork out 2k for every 5 years for training is a joke.... I have just taken the Drivers NVQ to meet forthcoming standards and now they tell me I need a CPC... What a farce... I for one will be leaving the industry in 2014 and signing on as unemployed....
