what are the costs of cpc traing over the five year period,
does the employer pay for it and if working through an aggency
does the driver pay for it,
also if i only get a lgv job after sept 09 and have no cpc would i be uneployable until i'd have to fork out one
thanks.
is it me or are there others out there that think the same as me.this is a con to be a professional driver takes more than 35 hours.like many others in the coach/bus industry i have paid for and taken all my tests including defensive driving but i now need a £1500 piece of paper to say i can be a professional driver.come on all you drivers lets wake up to the fact we are being squeezed what with wtd tracked and inspected at any time day or night we have all been through it.so it now means an 18 year old with 4 weeks training and 35 hours cpc is equal to 20 25 30 35 years on the road LOL if anybody reads this mail me at daviddodson@hotmail.co.uk
