tacho breaks

on two mandriving,do you have too stop to take a brake. Or can you take a brake while not driving. Then write on your tacho when you took your brake?

Yes you can take a break on the move, but you must write the period and duration of the break on the reverse side of the tachograph chart.

you must not take break while 2nd driver is driving to count as a break you must be able to get out of lorry and walk away should you wish this is a big no no with vosa and you could get a fine if stopped
