\ am with you on this one brian. we have seen a major increase in foreign drivers over the last few months.
the government have got it wrong, brussels introduced the WTD and from what i can gather were the only twats that are abiding by it. blair aint gonna win any elections on th strength of this, how can we put more into our pension funds when we are losing about £80.00 a week plus we are unable to work rest days as companies wont allow it

I work for the largest Logistics company in the world,and guess what, they inform us that if you register all your non- driving time down as POA then you can work as many hours as you want. Simple isn't it, except that they are breaking the law.I worked 72 hours last week but once my POA was tken into account I actually only worked 47. The company informed us, if you don't do this you will be stuck in the yard working for peanuts. What chance do we have, I'll tell you " BRING THE COUNTRY TO A STANDSTILL UNTIL WE GET WHAT WE WANT" a decent wage for 48 hours.
