Peugeot LCV Sales Continue to Grow
With now the youngest and most comprehensive light commercial range of vehicles ever, Peugeot continues to out perform the LCV market with overall growth of 15.9% in a market up just 0.2%.
June also saw the launch of Peugeot’s two new LCVs the Bipper and the new Partner van which have both got off to a great start. The Bipper achieved 482 registrations in its first month on sale, making it the star of the trio, out selling both its sister vehicles the Citroën Nemo and Fiat Fiorino.
The Peugeot Partner van range also performed strongly with a total of 827 vehicles sold in June, up 76% on June 2007 and 11% year to date.
Partner SE L1 1.6 litre 16v 90 bhp Petrol
Peugeot’s new Partner van range also sees the introduction of a second petrol version powered by a 1.6 litre 16v 90 bhp engine.
This new SE version joins the already available S version but includes the following extra standard equipment: electrically adjustable and heated door mirrors, three button plip remote control central locking, left-hand side sliding door, removable cargo area light, lidded glove box and removable ashtray, hard plastic floor protection in the cargo area, multi-flex dual passenger seat, 15” Auckland wheel trims and one touch electric front windows.
It has a payload of 625 kg and is priced at a basic price of £10,795.00, £400 more than the S version.
