Masternaut Three X celebrates with transport industry elite
Masternaut Three X is celebrating success after the presentation of the prestigious Motor Transport Awards 2008.
From a shortlist of more than 50 of the industry’s leading names Masternaut Three X customer Turners (Soham) were named Haulier of the Year while Indesit Company scooped the Customer Care and Network of the Year Awards. United Biscuits and CEVA Logistics, both Masternaut Three X customers, were named as finalists prior to the award ceremony, held at Grosvenor House in London.
Indesit Company, which has just implemented the Masternaut Three X ‘X-Delivery Pro’ mobile logistics and delivery solution, were presented with the Motor Transport Customer Care Award, sponsored by DAF, in recognition of their efforts in customer management and service above and beyond expectation. Indesit were also presented with the Network Award, sponsored by VW Commercial Vehicles, for excellence in their national distribution network.

The Motor Transport Haulier of the Year is the most coveted award in the industry. Sponsored by the Man Group the award recognised Turners as an outstanding haulier, demonstrating not only strong financial results, but also a tremendous all-round commitment to professionalism, customer care, safety, and training.. User’s of Masternaut Three X’s back office systems (Microsoft Dynamics) for finance and customer relationship management (CRM), Turner’s also displayed the active measures they have taken to improve service levels and to grow the company, in both size and profitability. In partnership with British Sugar, Turner’s were also presented with the 2008 Partnership Award in recognition of their joint achievements.
