This comes as a bit of surprise as I thought Cummins had done a deal with Foton to supply its ISMe to them for tractors. Perhaps Mr Hayes (a man who's always jettring off to China and who looks after Cummins' PR) will let me know with a comment? Either way Steyr has a long history of trading in China, not least with its own trucks and engines.

Last but not least, here's a case of "unstoppable force meets unmoveable object" (you can work out which is which yourselves). This somewhat overloaded punter clearly wanted to get close to this terrific, special, Russian-built all-terrain (and they mean it too) vehicle. Front looks like a smaller version of the bonneted cab used on the the German Titan heavy-duty oil-field truck.
